I got a female Texas Heeler Puppy (8weeks old) a couple days ago. And I am trying to get her used to the chickens I have. I have different ages of chickens. Today I walked her with the leash and she ran up to the chickens for a second, but then stopped. Then got bored of them. She had her tail between her legs and wagging at certain points in with the chickens. I put her up close to my younger chicks, and she didn't do anything. She kinda just ignored them. Is this good? I'd like to train her everyday to be with the chickens in the long run. She is already as spoiled as could be!

Ignoring is absolutely the best response. You don't want over excitement or fearfulness.
Do you think it would be a good idea to feed her and the chickens at the same time, in the same pen? Associate good things with the chickens? Or would it be bad?
