I've been keeping my eyes open there as well. I saw the ad for the 3 'BBS' but they were only black; I'd like some color variety. I'll keep checking there though!

Well happy to say. We have added Isabel, Buff, Red and Red Cuckoo to our Orp collection. Hopefully eggs by spring or maybe sooner. We ordered Chocolate cuckoo bur one died and the other one is a split. We also added 2 Mottled point of lay pullets to our breeding pen. So hopefully we will be able to crank out some mottled chicks in the spring. They are such a pretty bird.

........... In the beginning I think we had every color available in the English Orps, it was getting a tiny bit out of control (according to my husband that is

) so we've cut back to 14 of my favorite colors and the Isabels are close to the top

These birds are just so incredibly sweet and big and gentle (forgot to mention fluffy) it is difficult not to love them.
