I'm trying to decide how many chickens I'm going to keep over the winter. We went pretty chicken crazy with it being our first year and trying decide which direction we wanted to go with them. How much would you sell feed store bought pullets for that are new layers or near POL?

I am looking to add to my flock, I would love some blue, green or very dark brown egg layers. Does anyone know who may still be selling in UT?

I have a girl that came from an Olive Egg. She laid me a dark brown egg. Not sure how dark you want to go, but she lays a pretty egg. Will get a photo..if my camera works right. :/

Her egg is on the far right. She just started laying this late spring. Will find a photo of her.
I know it is only going to be a head and neck shot..but you will see the colors.



I was getting a shot of my rooster with his collar on. She stayed by him a lot. He is
gone now, collar didn't work that well with him. :/
