Mine got candied yam bread pudding. I had leftover yam that had to go and was making party finger sandwiches so I used the crust that I cut off. I mixed the bread, yams with some milk and eggs. Let it soak then baked until done. They went crazy!

We had a country ham for New Year's dinner. There is a lot of leftover thick fat and skin. The ham is very salty. Can I give it (the fat and skin) to the chickens in small pieces over a week or so or would the salt be too much for them?
