Shrimp, prime rib, lettuce, red rice, cracked corn. They LOVED the shrimp each hen took one and ran. It's the first time they've had any animal based protein and they went nuts.

Started off with fermented feed this morning and then added BOSS and pumpkin seeds as the the wet feed was freezing at 5°.

Oatmeal, organic yogurt (I'd left in car for 24 hours by mistake), organic baby arugula (on sale).
They ate every bit. It has been miserably cold--can't even imagine living further north and having birds.

I give mine the shrimp peels. They love those too.

The ground up vegetables left over from juicing! They love that stuff! They get ginger, carrot, apple, beetroot, salary and lots of other vegetables!
