The layerflock/ducks got a bucket of clabber, egg shells, bread, and other scraps, along with some beef liver and tallow. The bantams got 2 five gallon buckets of tender spring grasses and weeds, as they are still in their winter hoop house.
With the warm weather I don't have to worry about the greens wilting instantly, so I tossed a bunch on the coop for them to pick and scratch over to keep them busy... And the bread is like crack to them, I usually give it in more moderation, but the winter stockpile is going to start molding with the warm weather so it's time to unload...
