An egg and starter crumble omelet.

They got their first pumpkin today. There was much discussion about the strange orange "thing" in their treat bowl. But I went out several hours later and much of it was gone.

Corn on the cob hung from the roof of the run, broccoli in the dish and steamed rice left over from dinner.
This was the first experience with rice for them. It was best in their opinion.

Happy chickens today!

Oh and I have caught 2 mice

that were attempting infiltration of the coop. Dirty little buggers!

Apples, chicken pot pie, pinto beans, baked potatoes, and chicken bones!! ( I still haven't found the actual bones in their run, I think they eat them )

Pears, cucumbers, tomatoes, crumbled egg shells from our b'fast this morning.

handfull of mealworms. and some oats.. oats were ok.. mealworms were a hoot.. lol... love it when they grab one, then run like heck..

Peaches and popcorn. They love both of them so I figured what the heck give them both. I have been getting about 2 eggs a day from 6 hens. Today I got 3 so I figured I would give them a great treat today

Mine just got some tuna fish and banana!! They gobbled it all up like like vultures the haven't ate in days!! Protein & potassium!!

Because I finally got an egg after a miserably long stretch of heat-stress and molting, I gave them a tray pf sliced tomatoes, purple grapes, and bananas for breakfast; and for dinner, mashed potatoes.
