Welcome to BYC! If you saw round worms the easiest way to treat would be to go to Tractor Supply and get some Safeguard for goats and give 0.23 ml per pound of body weight orally and repeat in 10-14 days. This will treat large roundworms and cecal worms only.

The dosage for ivermectin (pour-on) is roughly 1 drop out of a syringe for each pound of body weight.
