Possible clinical signs for common nonrespiratory viral diseases of poultry.

I can't figure out what might be wrong with my 5 week old, cornish chick. She moves around but not for long before she sits. She appears to breathe hard and her little butt just puckers in and out. She eats well and drinks normally, and she greets us when we approach her box. Tonight she had a little pasty butt but, this was the first time. When she sits she is quite round. I have never had a Cornish and I have no idea what they should be built like. Her feathers are coming in but she does have some bald pink areas, these are symetrical on her body. Any ideas?

This table would be great, but it appears that the formatting didn't cut and paste well. All the x's have collapsed to the first column.... can this be fixed? It would be a great table if I could read it properly!!!
