A nice, well-built coop! I don't know if I could deal with one right against my house, haha, but I would love the chicken tv!

What an awesome coop! I wouldn't be too quick to move it away from the house. Check with your local feed store. There are lots of powdered smell-and-moisture reducers on the market. If you don't find one for poultry, try the ones for horses. Many of those are noted as "safe for poultry," too.

Thanks, @mroo! We don’t have any problems yet, and I do toss some zeolite in there occasionally. We just love having the window - so much fun!

Lot's of pictures in the article and fun to watch and read.
What an interesting idea to include a window of the human's house into a chicken coop!
I don't know much about chickens, but i definitely would not do that with my ducks.

How come? Ducks self,conscious? <wink>. Or demanding every time they see you? Hmm, sounds like some pullets I know.
