Helpful article. Points out the importance of having coop clean and well-ventilated.
This helped my friend not blame herself for the death of her beloved chicken Queen Elizabeth. Thank You so much!

Top notch! I appreciate the documentation and the way you organized your information. You tell us what why and how - in regard to effects of the problem as well as how to prevent/avoid it. thank you.
I enjoy cleaning my coops and collecting poop for my compost, so hopefully I won't have to worry about ammonia levels. I learned something new and what to avoid in the future with this helpful article.
Nice review! Brings home the importance of proper housing, ventilation and coop cleaning/maintenance.
This is an eye opener for people with respitory issues with their birds as we usually think MG or other respitory diseases. Something to really think about when you don’t have answers and a dirty coop.

This is a good article. It's well written informative and I like the references.
It would have been good to mention a little more on how coop hygine can reduce the levels but overall I liked this a lot.

This article has some really good information, especially about the signs of ammonia overload in birds of different ages. Some of the information is wordy and difficult to interpret, so some simplification would be very helpful for most readers. The sentence about "anticipate evaporative moisture losses" is hard to decipher. It may have a simple typo (should it be anticipated?), but unless the reader already understands the concept, it's kinda hard to interpret properly.
Other than that, this is a really good article, and with the quickly approaching winter weather, a very timely one! Thanks!
