Reasons Why Geese Are Underrated:
This is more specifically referring to Embden geese.
#1 They imprint on whoever they see first
#2 They have a good demeanor and fun personalities
#3 Great foragers and grazers
#4 Easy diet and needs
#5 Hardy and somewhat weather resistant
Geese get put in the same class as ducks, but that isn't always accurate. They are still two different water fowls and should not be put together in regularity. Geese are bigger, yes, and sometimes intimidating, but the less we know about something the more wary and nervous we are about them.
However much my geese nibble at my jacket strings or honk to alert me of a car pulling up or their fellow pets strolling a little too close their personal space I will always love there big personalities, butt wiggles, and eating habits and methods.
