12 Jalapenos deseeded and halved (or 6 green bells for a milder version)
8oz. Cream Cheese
1lb breakfast sausage
2 cups shreaded cheddar
Brown sausage and drain the grease.
Mix in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Put the peppers on a cookie sheet cut side up and spoon in the sausage mixture. Sprinkle tops with the shreaded cheddar and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted and peppers are medium tender.
