Didn't even know it was possible to regrow store-bought vegetables like this. Won't save a ton of money unless you eat a ton of veggies, but a nice way to make use of things otherwise thrown away.

Very good idea to have a thorough written note to go with the birds, both for the buyer and seller. People only remember half of what's been said to them, pen on paper is permanent.

Thoughtful text about the unfortunate truth of "aggressive" rooster. A+ for discouraging violent and dominating methods.

Good advice and points. Ducks love water! One thing: ducklings and chicks don't go well together, as chicks are susceptible to coccidiosis and ducklings are messy. The recommended feed for ducklings would also be feed specially developed for ducks, where this is available.

Comprehensive guide for first-time chick owners. This article should be in the "raising chicks" part of learning center so it's easier to find.

I like this article because it's down-to-earth, gives no hope for a "miracle cure", and repeats that this helped their chicks, but may or may not help others. The ingredients seem well researched and not dangerous. There's also the story about how they got the chicks from sketchy people who seemed to know they were selling sick birds. A sombre reminder to be careful choosing breeders. One star off since the pic's don't show.

Focusing on being calm, patient and nonthreatening. Awesome! Totally agree that this is the best way to deal with roosters. Otherwise a little short and generalized.

Wonderful way of learning about a handful of chicken breeds. Subjective (in a good way) and personal, and thrown in a few chicken facts as well.
Makes good points and food for thought in terms of selecting birds for breeding.
