Excellent plan! There are several ingredients there I never would have thought of feeding to chickens, I like the new ideas!

I completely agree with the thoughts on commercial feeds here. They provide the bare minimum of nutrients the chickens need. It is up to us to supply the rest of the things a truly healthy chicken should have!

Super informational! I'll be referencing to this article!
One of the (or maybe just THE) best reads on broodies I have ever seen! I will recommend this article to anybody who is starting out or having problems with broodies!

Covers the most reliable ways to sex silkies, and has extra info I have never heard of before!

I would like to put in for future silkie keepers that while gender traits can start to pop up at around 6 weeks of age, don't get rid of your "boy" silkies yet because at that age a lot can still change. Until three months, I am still guessing at my silkies' gender.

Yes, I generally wait until 2 or 3 months old. And If I'm attached to them I wait until I hear a crow

It took me many tries over the last year, and more re-reads than I can count, but I finally looked past all the confusing diagrams and found that this article wasn't serious.

Well yes, it is serious. It has seriously-good hints about how to get more chickens!

All my chickens are named, so it appears that I have no chickens! Oh no, how could such a thing happen? I only see one solution: get more chickens!

Well done :clap you even had me fooled there! Thanks for sharing your secrets!

Like the title says, charming! But it is closer to a mansion than a cottage!

The design is great and built for ultimate chicken comfort. Somebody did their research! The snuggle area is a great bonus!

The article is well detailed and illustrated. An enjoyable read.

Five stars!
