The Foundation:
The coop will be 12' x 8' with a 4' storage room/entrance room.

The Run
We wanted to build the run and coop to be as predator proof as possible. Because of our busy schedules we hope to leave the chicken door open to allow the girls to enter and leave on their own schedule. Hopefully we have achieved that.
The Roof Section:
This area is 7' x 7' finished...
LuLu is my special chicken. She is a New Hampshire Red hatched March 28, 2009.
She was always the first one to hop/fly out of the brooder. (At 5 days old she was the only one to hop out.)
She decided that she couldn't sleep with all the others so she took to cuddling in my arm.
