The Run
We wanted to build the run and coop to be as predator proof as possible. Because of our busy schedules we hope to leave the chicken door open to allow the girls to enter and leave on their own schedule. Hopefully we have achieved that.
The Roof Section:
This area is 7' x 7' finished size. It is spaced about 18" from the coop so that we can have room for the hardware cloth skirting.

Since the rest of the run is 6' high we ran hardware cloth down to the 6' level:
