Awesome Chicken Brooder for around $200.00

Coming from someone who just had hubby build her one, I do like this one, but it needs a little more info on building it as not everyone can take a parts list and just put it together. Also, like NFC said, cleaning it's going to be rough. Could you make the back of it be on hinges?

For someone that raises a lot of chicks, a big brooder that will last over time may be the best way to go. One thing about this one...not sure how easy it is to clean out as it appears the only access is from the top.

The article was full of helpful instruction and pictures to build this brooder. Very nice and roomy brooder. This has to be much better than the typical water trough where bigger chicks can escape.
