Light Brahma Created by SundownWaterfowl
Breed Information, Comments, and Experience with breed:
Light Brahmas have a white base color, with black on the hackles and saddle feathers. Light Brahmas are a very nice breed to raise. They are calm, gentle, and docile birds. The hens are good layers of large brown eggs. They begin laying at around 5 months of age. They are a very easy breed to hatch, brood, and raise. Light Brahmas should be kept out of full sun if you plan to show them, as the sun will yellow the white feathers.
