Nice set-up, here. The pictures give a good idea of how it's put together, but some text with instructions (what worked, what didn't, how-to's) would be extremely helpful. I really like the natural log "steps." My chickens love to pick through the bark, so I usually put some logs in there for entertainment. After seeing your "stairway," they'll be more functional from here on out. Thanks!
