I just made this and it's so good! I almost messed it up...I made it through tempering the eggs just fine, but it came to a boil when I placed it back on the stove and I immediately removed it from the heat. It was a little curdled...I let it cool, then I put it into my Vitamix blender added the 1/2 & 1/2 and blended at about half speed for about a minute. I decided to pour it through a fine mesh strainer, just in case it was still curdled...it wasn't! The recipe is perfect...this cook (me) is not...
