Ingredients:


1 lb. cooked ground beef (grease drained)
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cans condensed beef broth
1 can water
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup corn
4 large potatoes (peeled & cubed)
3/4 cup carrots (sliced)
3/4 cup zucchini (sliced)
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cooking Instructions


Mix in large cooking pot and cook on medium heat until fully cooked.
Note: My grandma cooks this a little less and then cans it for later use. My daughter always asks for great grandma's soup. May add more types of vegetables. May also substitute beef for chicken and chicken broth, although I haven't tasted it this way.
