So your pullets, hens, cockerel or rooster is pooping in your nesting boxes and don’t know what to do to stop them? Here’s how.
Okay so first things first figure who is sitting in the boxes (it’s best to see who is doing this at dusk) Then What you want to do is pick them up and put them on the roost do this and go out a few minutes later (30 minutes) then see is he/she is on the roost, if not place them on the roost once again. If you are able to block off the nesting boxes do so at night because that is when he/she is sitting in them.
After you do this a few times a night for a week or more they should get the hint and get tired of you putting them on the roost so they should stay on the roost!
