Looks very roomy and sturdy for them.
That lid I would have made in thirds with a light panel in one or two of them. That way we wouldn't be losing all of the heat so easily in cooler weather, and so they could get some light from outside. Then the lamps could be the black ceramic heat lamps so they learn to sleep when it's dark, and be active when it's light.
It's very nice though!
