Looks like you made a great brooder. I would try to put pictures demonstrating your explanations to make it easier for those with little carpentry skills to be able to build this. Also, a complete materials list would help too.
I like this concept, but don't understand the arrangements for providing heat. Is the roof the only access? What if it's raining?
