I liked learning a little about how to go about this as I have a few here and there and would like to be more organized about it. I would like to know a little bit more about the "popular" herbs such as which ones are perennials vs. annuals as the planting of them may differ and which ones need to be locked away from chickens.

Nicely written and the pictures are good! I used to grow a lot of herbs in FL and found it helpful to have them planted close to the house (so they're closer to the kitchen). Never thought of planting herbs for the flock...I used them all myself
