At Rocky Top Farm we raise and breed d'Uccles,silkies,orpingtons,and cream legbars.

D'Uccles

We ordered d'Uccles from cackle hatchery back in July of 2011. They are very sweet and will fly up onto my head,arm,or shoulder any chance they get. They are about to start laying soon. I plan on getting more d'Uccles soon.

Silkies

I raise and breed silkies. I breed paint,BBS,and white silkies. I also have a partridge silkie pullet named Dolly there is a picture of her below.

Orpingtons

We also have a pair of lavender orpingtons. They will fly up onto my arm and they are very sweet. They are growing up to be very beautiful and big!I need to get updated pictures. Here are some old pictures:

Cream Legbars

I have a chick pair of Cream Legbars. Cream legbars lay a very pretty blue egg. They are a auto-sexing breed,meaning you can tell which sex they are when they hatch out. The boys will have a white dot on the back of their head and the girls will have a chipmunk pattern on their backs.

Free Ranged Flock

I also have a flock that I free range and keep for eggs. I will include some pictures of them below. I usually add more to this flock every year.
