Ingredients:


2-3 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed, and cooled
8 oz. rotini pasta, cooked and rinsed in cold water
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cups grapes, halved
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Cooking Instructions


Place chicken, pasta, pepper, onion, and grapes in a large bowl. Blend mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and salt. Coat chicken mixture with dressing, and chill for at least an hour. Add almonds when ready to serve.
