Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
icing (do not boil)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
4 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp milk
1 c. coffee, cold (can use water)
4 tbsp cocoa

1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. oil, vegetable
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. buttermilk
Cooking Instructions
Sift together sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon. Bring to a boil cocoa, coffee, butter and oil and while still boiling add it to the sugar/flour mixture. Then add to that the buttermilk, vanilla and eggs. Bake on a large sheet pan for about 20 minutes at 325°. For the icing, mix the remaining ingredients (except pecans) in a saucepan but do not boil. Stir to dissolve. Pour hot on top of hot cake and sprinkle with pecans.
