Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour


2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

2 sticks butter (melted)

1 1/3 cup brown sugar

4 tablespoons molasses

2 eggs






Cooking Instructions:

Mix spices and Baking Soda in a medium sized bowl. Beat butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Beat in dry ingredients gradually. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night, or until hardened. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Roll dough into good sized balls and roll in white sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Yields about 4 dozen.
