    "Lucy" (Unknown) Goose
Lucy was a rescue bird. She was dumped The day before Thanksgiving 2009 at a local pond. She was unable to fly due to a broken wing. The wing had been untreated for so long that is was unrepairable. She is now our acting guard-dog, and is pulling double duty as an incubator.

These triplets are siblings. Their parents were "Crush", male peking "Sprite" female peking, and "Ninja Sr" female Indian Runner. The parent birds were discovered in early November 2009 killed by local wildlife. We had seven eggs in the refidgerator that were hatched in a homemade cooler incubator. Five of the eggs hatched into three Pekings and two mix. "Ninja Jr" is our Drake mix, Naughty is the female mix, and Fresca is our Peking female
