Deworming Chickens​


After reading a thread on deworming, I decided I needing something to use as a resource where all the information was in one concise location.
First and foremost: I AM NOT A VETERINARIAN!!! I take no responsibility for the results of using the information listed here. All of this was gathered from one thread and just put into a chart for easy reference. You should ALWAYS contact your veterinarian before starting any treatment.

1 oz (2 TBS) per
Gallon of Water

Give medicated water as
only water source for 24
hours. Repeat treatment or
treatment with a broad
spectrum in 2 weeks.

(Blue Liquid)
 Epinrex
.25 cc Bantams
.5 cc Heavy Breeds

Apply directly onto the skin
on the back of the neck.

0.5%

8 cc per Gallon of
Water

Give medicated water as
only water source for 24
hours. Repeat in 10-12 Days.

Fenbendazole 10%Panacur or SafeGuard
1 oz per 15-20 lbs
Feed

Dissolve dose in water 1 cup
of water and mix with feed.
Give as sole source for 1 day.
