RIR and White Leghorn cross what would it be and look like does anyone know for sure THANKS.

Assuming both birds have the genes that are usual for the colour of breed. It ought to be white with leakage.
Would the offspring (rooster) look like this?

A first cross between RIR X White Leghorn, whether the RIR is the male or the female, presuming the genes to 'usual' for te breeds, ought to give white offspring, for both sexes, with leakage (most expected would be black flecks).

I have made the white leghorn male (rapid feathing) on RIR (slow feathering) hen cross. The birds were white. But like Krys said they could be white and leak black. The males may leak buff/cream in the pyle zone.
You can feather sex the chicks at hatch. If you see feather shafts sticking out of the down on the wings (look from below) the birds are females. Males will not have feather shafts sticking out of the down.
This would be a female.
