RIR and White Leghorn Cross

I just hatched some out this past Friday. I didn't know they could be feather sexed... dang! I think it's too late now? Mine are 6 days old today.
Here is a picture of one of them. I used my RIR rooster and 236 White Leghorn hens, and the babies are a light goldish color with spots. I can get more pictures of them today.

No. the barring pattern is caused by the same gene.

I plan on making this cross with a RIR cockerel and 2 white leghorn pullets (also have 2 RIR pullets for him).

My question is this....if you did this cross and then crossed the female offspring back to the RIR male, then what would you end up with? And what color eggs would they lay?

My RIR cockerel gets the egg laying girls for lack of anywhere else to put him. I don't eat enough eggs to make a dent in one chicken's laying, let alone a whole flock of them, so plan on hatching a few out for kicks. The female offspring (some of them) will be added back to the flock so I can see them grow out, and will eventually be in the laying cycle so I could hatch their eggs out as well.

What if you took the male offspring of the original cross and crossed back to the RIR females? Any difference on crossing the female offspring back to the RIR male?

ISA Browns are great layers but they are a commercial Hybrid developed from specific strains by Institut de Sélection Animale (ISA). The crosses described are not ISA Browns.

You mentioned they leak black. What does this mean exactly?? I hatched some more out two days ago, and got 14 white/yellow/tan chicks, and 1 solid black! Craziest thing!! So this is "normal" then?? I was totally confused to look in a see a little black fuzzy butt running around!

Leaking black means the white birds have little black flecks. This is usual for birds with one dominant white gene which would otherwise be black.
Strange you have a black chick.
