brought home 2, week old golden comets from the feed store today, got them all set up and just finished preventative maintenence for pasty butt i looked to check and make sure i got it all, and saw this very veiny blue red sac just below the vent... its slowing leaking a brown/green runny substance.and its just doubled in size since i took these pics HELP HELP HELP?!?!?!?!

Update!!! Its Been 3 Minutes The Chick Is In A Towel On My Lap, This Sac Has Complete Come Out Of The Body In A Green And Bloody Mess, However Still Very Active
 
Antibiotic in the water and keep them seperate until it heals to keep the other from picking. Sounds like infection to me bieng it is green and brown discharge. Hope she's okay.
 
ok so heres is my opinion--its the rest of the yolk sac that came back out---let it dry on its own and seoerate that chicks so they dont peck it or the chick---i hope shes ok
