My second batch of call ducklings this spring hatched a few days ago, so I thought I'd share a few photos. There are 10 ducklings in this batch. Here they are...

I've successfully hatched calls in a Brinsea Mini Advance and a Lyon Roll-X (RX2) incubator. Temperature at 99.5 and relative humidity at 55% during incubation, then increased to 65-70% during hatch. Call duck eggs should be turned on their side... both the incubators I used are capable of doing that. Using these methods, I'm getting about a 90% hatch rate with eggs from my call ducks.

Scott-they are beautiful--you are the call duck guru to me-Ive read alot of your threads and Im praying the 2-3 call duck eggs I have left will make it to hatch day:-(...how many call duck eggs did you start off with -in this last hatch???

Call Duck Guru... LOL. I like that! To answer your question, I actually started out with 64 call duck eggs which included several batches... they were set at different times so I will have staggered hatches. I believe there were 10 to 12 in this particular batch.

On a side note, I had 7 of 7 golden pheasant eggs hatch this weekend also.

Good luck with those last three eggs. Let me know if you'd like eggs from my calls... I've got more than I know what to do with.

Scott they're adorable! I just added a male to my Whites that are from the same person that you got yours from. I don't expect any eggs until next year.

I'm going to build them a shelter like yours hopefully this week.
