My mom called me and told me her cochin laid a strange egg and she wanted me to see it. I took pictures cuz it was cool and I had never seen anything like this before. I believe its a bad yolk inside the egg but you tell me. When I opened the egg the normal yolk and white went into the dish but were pretty bloody and then the rotted looking yolk came next. It was very heavy and very thick skin> I could not pierce it with a pencil because it was so thick. When I did it was thicker than mustard and gross to look at. No bad smells. Thought you all might want to check it out. CRAZY!
