Help, lopsided chicken!

So my 12 week old Barred Rock looked very odd today; her feathers on one side of her neck were all fluffed up. We took a closer look this evening and she definitely has a huge lump on one side. Is it her crop? Are we in trouble? I have lost 2 chickens and I don't think I can lose one more--please tell me it's not serious!

She is walking, eating, and drinking just fine. The other chicks seem fine.

She should be all good.... it can be scary if you never really paid attention before to it. They can puff it out at times so large when they are in piglet mode!!!
