We had another processing party today and once again we all had a fantastic time. A great way to spend a Sunday, eating fresh fried chicken with the people that you love
MoodusNewChicken, PurpleChicken, Drumstick, and swapyankee were all there. It's great that we have a little group of friends that will do this with each other. We got there pretty early around 10:30am, and stayed until about 6:30pm. The day flew by! We processed 23 birds in all, 22 meaties, and 1 of PC's brabanters, it would have end up being 24 birds but we saved Big Boy(PC's spitz), just couldn't see him go into the pot, we're all too attached to him
After we were done with all the birds we fried up one of the chickens in PC's turkey fryer, that was probably the BEST chicken I've ever eaten. Can't wait until our meaties are big enough to process, plus that means another processing party

PC does NOT have a hairy back, and no wildsky did not come over and wax it for him
