What are you baking now?

Well, I always cut off the ends of each loaf after the first baking...yummy. dh won't leave any in the house. I am about to start my Christmas baking, should have started already but being lazy. Biscotti is always on my list. I love the almond flavored ones and the ginger flavored ones. Don't like anything else with ginger though. Have fun
Miss P is right, I love mine with craisins.

ETA:
Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 flour (plain) a little extra
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
3 cups Quick oats
1 cup chopped (or grounded) Walnuts

In a Large Bowl, Cream sugar & shortening together. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, and salt together in to the mix. Then stir in the rest of ingredients. Roll into balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 -12 minutes. FYI: the mix needs to where you can handle it without sticking to hands, but not to dry. Do not over heat the oven to begin with.
