I just found a recipe for Red Velvet Cookies, so going to make those. I made gump bread cinnamon rolls this week-end, and have my list almost completed for Xmas givings. My accountant saved my life this year, from an audit, and I OWE him tons of baked goodies. Going to get started Monday!!!

The trick for the color is to use free ranged chickens with orange yolks and pick the egg with the most orange-ish yolk to brush on top before last rise.
