I made more Amish Friendship Bread mini-loaves. We had farmers market customers who bought 2-5 loaves each on Sat! Thankfully my starter was ready to bake again.

This batch went into 5 loaves each of:
Banana Black Walnut
Zucchini Pecan
Pumpkin Black Walnut
Amish Friendship (traditional cinnamon recipe)

They freeze VERY well. I'll get them back out for this weeklend's sales. Also started a double batch of starter this time, that'll make 40 total loaves in 10 more days... a 'last blast' before gift giving the week of Christmas.

We did gingerbread men for eating yesterday. Today we are doing the nonedible men for ornaments.

Last night I made
Whole Wheat bread - total flop

- it was an old mix.. I should've known better.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake in a bundt pan - Yummy !
Cinnamon Sugar Coffee Cakes - square & braids - Yummy!
and some powdered donuts for the chickens too
