According to "TJ's Na-Na",

Kenny Kvittum (Langshanman) will be the auctioneer at the Chouteau poultry auction. These auctions are the second Sunday of the month.
The auction starts at 1:00 p.m., and the cages "go with the birds".
They do have the "junk" sale outside and have been doing that first, but Kenny has campaigned that they go inside under fans and tend the poultry early.
It's held in the previous auction building, (white concrete block building on the south side of Old Hwy 33, just about a mile east of Hwy 69 in the southern end of Chouteau.

It looks like we may have the opportunity to check out the Newcastle or "new" Blanchard auction on the 1st Saturday in July instead. Do you know if either or both of those auctions are going to be held in July?

Monty has asked me to keep up with our Oklahoma poultry swap and auctions. The problem is, anything I did to update this original thread would have to be on the last post. So I created a new thread, that will soon be linked in my signature line below each of my posts. This way I will have the first post of the thread and can keep it edited (updated).

Now, what I need from all of you is information! Please look over my new thread and let me know any important missing or incorrect information.
And you can also subscribe to the new thread if you like

Good job Grace! I think Donnie mentioned a couple of auctions or swaps in Northeast OK over on the Okie thread yesterday - he and ArtsyRobin were talking about them...
