My Bantam flock consists of Cochins in the following colors: White, Blue Splash, Black, Black Mottled, and Barred. I also have a trio of White Silkies, Buff Orpingtons, a Dark Brahma roo, a Mille Fleur d'Uccle hen, a Black Silkie mixed hen, and a standard Welsummer mixed hen that didn't fit in with the standard flock. Here are some pictures of the adults:
This is my Splash Cochin rooster Abner:
This is one of my Splash Cochin hens, this one is Princess I believe:
This is my Mottled hen Pebbles:
This is my Barred roo Buddy:
This is my Silkie rooster Hector. Pardon his butt, it's usually super full and fluffy but he was attacked by a dog a few weeks ago and the dog took off his entire tail, so it's still growing back!:
And here are some of the older chicks I've hatched:

A Silkie/Cochin mix:
Out of this hatch I set 39 eggs, 34 Bantam, and 5 standard. Of these, 4 did not develop, so 35 made it into lockdown. Of those remaining 35, 31 hatched! All 5 of the standards hatched, and 29 Bantams!
I am still trying to get a proper count (silly chicks just won't sit still, lol!), but it appears that I have about 6 Blue Cochins, 5 Black Cochins, 6 Silkie mixes, a pure Silkie, and 5 Brahma mixes (what can I say, he's been busy!), and I'm still trying to tell with the others. I think I have a couple Splash in there as well. For the Standards, I got another yellow chick, a CM/BA chick, a SLW/CM chick, a CM/Well x Ameracauna chick, and a chick that it will take me a little bit to figure out who it's mama is, lol. I expected the chicks to all hatch out black, but instead I got 1 yellow, 1 buff, 2 black, and 1 brown! They are all adorable though! In my standard flock I have a Silver Cuckoo Marans roo and his hens are BA, ASL, SLW, and 2 Wellie/Ameracauna mixed hens. Here are a couple of the standard chicks:
This is the CM/BA chick, it instantly settled down in my hand and went to sleep. What a little cutie!:
This chick is the CM/Wellie x Ameracauna chick:
And here are a few from my previous hatches:

Hello faykokoWV!!!!
I agree....it'd be a real shame to waste them!!!! Buckeyes are on the ALBC's "Critical List"!!!!!! And I think they're very beautiful!!! I try to do my part to preserve the rare breeds...in my opinion, it's so worth it.
I bid $10.00 on the Buckeyes!!!!
Kathy
glad to hear! I was afraid I was going to have to eat them
