Date set for: Drew County 4-H Poultry and Livestock Swap!

Folks mark your calendars now for the First Drew County 4-H Poultry and Livestock Swap. Cost will be $5 per seller. Buyers are free. All poultry and animals must abide by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission rules and regulations. More details will be posted on this thread as they become available. Please reserve this date on your calendars. This is the first day our fair board has available this fall.

Place: Drew County Fairgrounds, Monticello, Arkansas

If possible, we would like any banner, but preferrably Banner #3, for September 20-26, 2010 for the Drew County Fair!

I am a member of the fair board and Superintendent of the Poultry Show.

We have banner #3 reserved for October 16 and 23 as well.

It is up to the sending receiving and requesting members to coordinate with each other to make sure the banner is received and sent on time. Please read the first post in this thread and add your date and information to the spreadsheet, and then contact the person before you to make sure that they send the banner on time.

Please note we also added new minimum membership requirements for each member that is requesting the banner. Please make sure that you meet these minimum requirements before requesting the banner.
