BYC Banner - Available For Your Chickenstock!

We had a successful swap today!



Will ship the banner this week. I have several friends coming to Ohio but guess you would need it for the setup.



We asked for it for our swap. The banner arrived early. we used it on our county fair parade float, our county fair poultry show, district fair and teh Arkansas State Fair. The district fair was also the 2010 APA State Meet. ill post photos asap.

Drew County 4-H Poultry Club
 
Several months ago Nifty gave us two 6-month GFMS and a set of 8 bumper stickers. Our 4H club raised over $350 at the swap. many thanks to BYC for being a part. One of the winners has been a member of BYC for awhile. The other winner joined BYC to take advantage of her winning! So we gained at least one new BYC member! The banner visited several places, including: Drew County Fair Parade (3rd place); Drew County Fair Poultry Show (our booth placed 3rd); Southeast Arkansas District Fair, aka, APA Arkansas State Meet; Arkansas State Fair Poultry Show; and the Drew County 4H Poultry Swap!

Our 4H club would like to thank BYC for their continued support of our youth!

Would like to borrow one of the BYC banners for our swap meet.

The first ever Swap in north west michigan!!! The entry fee (to sell only) is a donation to the animal shelter. We want to make this a yearly event.

Event: Kalkaska county Livestock swapmeet

Time: 8:00 am till ????

Place: Kalkaska county fairgrounds, Kalkaska, MI 49646

UPDATE: To better keep track of the physical locations of our banners, we have decided to moderate where they go and who gets them. For your convenience, we have set up this Google Docs Form for you to fill up.

Here's how to reserve a banner for your event:

1) Reply to this thread with the date of your event and a link to the thread on BYC with info about it and fill out the reservation form here .
2) Wait for a PM from the moderators regarding the status of your reservation.
3) If you get selected, the previous member who had the banner will ship it to you (they pay shipping).
3) Use the banner at your event, treat it well, take a picture of your group in front of the banner and add the date, username and location to the back of the banner (in permanent pen)
4) Hold on to it until the next person is selected
5) As soon as the next person is approved, the moderators will PM you their address and you will ship out the banner to them ASAP (you pay shipping this time).
6) Post the pictures of your event as a reply to this thread
