Hey Pati. I am sorry that you are not feeling well. I would not be able to come down until Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, but if they have not found a home I could take some of your bantams for you. I would be limited how many I can take but get some of them a place. I would be on the same plan as Bob there too, that you could get them back if you get to feeling better and want to get back into them.

So I ordered my coop and it will be delivered Monday. I'll be waiting for it with a paint can in my hands if it isn't rainy. Wire should be in Monday, but not counting on it! If not, I'm checking Ray's or changing to rabbit wire or soething.

Thank you everyone for the advice.

Would those who are willing please keep my nieghbors in your thoughts? Their son, along with his passenger, died in a car wreck this morning.

Pati, my prayers are with you. Bob is wonderful and like he said he could take care of your birds until you could care for them again.

Had a hawk try to attack my EE roo twice today. It wasn't a large hawk but the roo gave him a good fight and the hawk gave up.

I'm going to be putting up a real nice Blue Wheaten Ameraucana Roo on Craig's list. I've had him in the big coop but he just can't get any of the hens to submit so I'm thinking he needs a younger group of pullets or hens. He is the son of my show quality roo and I actually think he looks better and a better fit to the standard. I'm just talking about it here first if anyone from AZ on the thread is interested in him.

Tomorrow will be one week with eggs in the bator.

I am back. DH is having a garage sale, and I had to take the kids to swim lessons by myself. (uuugggh) Then we went to the Stock Shop to stock up on ffeed, since the next two weekends are holidays. Then we grocery shopped, nekkid kid peed in Bookmans, and Chatterbox knocked over a display of Hotwheels. Then they both melted down, threw tempertantrums, and screamed all the way home.

I am ready for a nap.
