Hey ra,
frow.gif
are these two out of the eggs you got from me?

Hi HenThymes
The one in the back is! The dark one is from south Ar. They were in the same bator. They are about a month old now. I have 3 of yours! They are all small but one is really small, but I need a scale to weight them. I also ordered 2 dozen eggs from mbrobbins that should arrive early this week. They are all so sweet! I will email you some pictures of them. I love the one in this picture from you it is like the mille color.
Blessings!

Yep! Zephyr has a sibling - Dionysus - Dina or Dino if it is a rooster. Lol my daughter picks the names from her college syllabus

This is the little one taken just a little while ago - drying off quite nicely. It is not as rambunctious as Zephyr was, took its own sweet time coming out of the egg and is lounging about. I hope that is not a bad sign. It's been a long time since I've hatched babies.

And the second one is Zephyr, who isn't spoiled at all. Nope. No way, no how

We take "chick naps" together in my retreat room where I just set up its cage. I guess it is our retreat room now! As my daughter said, we have nice chickens, all handled and very friendly - even our other house chickens are nice, but this one is just different. It doesn't think its a chicken lol. My husband just shakes his head and keeps saying "this is bad, really really bad"
