@Magnolia Ducks I tried to put just a tray under the waterer and ended up with soaking wet ducklings. They sat down in the dirty puddle around the waterer and drank and spilled the water.
@Magnolia Ducks Well, the ducklings get wet, roll through the pine shavings and look like silkie ducks. I think in 2-3 days they are all tall enough so that i can put the water into a flimsy white bin without any cutout and they all can reach in.
