So since we lost all but 2 hens we would like to get more, we are looking to get an older roo that has exsperiance with hens also we'd like to maybe get different hens than the 2 reds I have, does anyone have any suggestions on wear I can get some or how I go about finding some that get along...

So we have noticed that a few of our hens are missing feathers from there backs and there combs are missing big chunks,so while I was out there feeding them I noticed that my Rooster is standing on them ,right wear he puts his feet is wear there feathers are missing not only that 2 of my are raw...

Since my last post we have noticed that there feathers are growing back,since it's been nice enough for them to leave there coop there a lot better I think from staying in and not wanting to come out had a lot to do with it but there doing better
